1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the a45t platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses any feature, service, or content made available through a45t. Access to and use of the a45t platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By registering an account with a45t, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the a45t platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules.

a45t reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to use the a45t platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of a45t or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been excluded from the a45t platform or had an account terminated for cause.

a45t reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by a45t may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by a45t, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the a45t platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a45t login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. a45t will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 KYC Verification

a45t operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. a45t reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the a45t platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). a45t accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the a45t deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice;
• Deposits are generally credited to your a45t wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider;
• a45t does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and refunded;
• a45t reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction before crediting funds to your account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on a45t are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the a45t withdrawal page;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to verification requirements;
• a45t reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

a45t will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank. Processing times published by a45t represent the platform's internal processing window only.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

a45t offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by a45t are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

a45t reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6.3 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the a45t platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, table games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

All casino games on the a45t platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, a45t reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. a45t's decision in such matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a45t platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the a45t platform or its underlying software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a45t staff or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the a45t platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials — is the property of a45t or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the a45t platform without the prior written consent of a45t.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

a45t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the a45t platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

a45t implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and a45t cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

a45t is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users of the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a45t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

a45t's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a45t account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a45t does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

a45t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements;
• Any other reason that a45t, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient.

Upon termination for cause, a45t reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the a45t platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact a45t's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. a45t will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

15. Amendments to These Terms

a45t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a45t will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the a45t platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
